We'll contact you to further refine your inquiry. Inquiries are processed up to 24 hours on business days and up to 72 hours on weekends or holidays. 50% of the reservation is charged in advance and the reservation is confirmed. The rest of the amount is charged upon arrival at the hotel.
Documents issued at the client confirmed and paid reservation:
- an invoice for the amount paid for the reservation.
Change in reservation and cancelation – complete or partial:
- In case of cancelation of reservation up to 7 days before the date of arrival – there is no fee deduction and the client is fully reimbursed;
- In case of cancelation of reservation between 6 and 1 day before the date of arrival – there is a charge equal to the first night for every guest. The rest of the sum is reimbursed;
- In case of cancelation of the whole or part of the reservation on the day of arrival, no show or leaving earlier there is a charge equal to 100 % of the total sum;
- In case of change in the reservation (number of people, duration of stay, change in guests’ names) the price is calculated again and is adapted to the new number of guests, stay, pricing season and the above stated points. The changes are considered to be made after hotel confirmation in written form and in cases where it is possible.
- Reclamations are done up to 14 days after the last date of using the service;
- Check-in hours: after 14:00 o’clock. Check out time: until 12:00 o’clock.
